Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an online credit or exchange.
An RMA is required for all returns. Please do not send us merchandise without first receiving an RMA. To receive an RMA please use the order look up window below. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Credits are issued by gift cards only. Credit/debit card refunds are not available at this time.
All sale, clearance and reduced items are final and will not be accepted for online credit or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

Items purchased on our website may also be exchanged at any of our retail stores located throughout southern California. Exchanges made at out retail locations are subject to the return policy of the store. Store Locatons.
